Why should I hire you instead of the trainer at my local gym?
PT's at your local gym are unfortunately notorious for being "low quality". Our process begins with an in-depth lifestyle assessment, followed by detailed blood work analysis to craft a nutrition and lifestyle plan precisely for you, eliminating guesswork and optimizing results all from the comfort of your home.
The RPG Method incorporates a user-friendly app for daily task tracking, including workouts, meals, and habits, all customized to your goals and lifestyle. This ensures constant progress with 24/7 accountability and support, something traditional personal training can't match. Moreover, our community aspect fosters a motivating environment, encouraging shared success and ongoing engagement through group calls and a private chat. Beyond the basics, our program includes access to the RPG Academy, offering a wealth of knowledge to maintain your achievements for life.
This is not just about providing workouts at your home; it's about a comprehensive, result-oriented journey that guarantees progress. Unlike local personal trainers, who may focus on session-based earnings, our model is built on achieving and sustaining your success, backed by a results guarantee.
How can you hold me accountable when I'm not with you?
Every week I’ll personally check in with you at least 3x times via Facebook Messenger, text message, or within the app’s messenger. Aside from that, you’ll also get access to a Mobile App where we track your progress daily. So that you stay on track every day and take the actions necessary with your training, nutrition and sleep.
If I see you forgot something or didn’t take action, you’ll see me in your inbox the next morning.
By monitoring your progress, I’ll also spot your weaknesses and give you the right advice to break through any plateau that will hit your way. To make sure you never fall off track and get the results you want!
With that being said, while I'll hold you accountable, I'm not your babysitter. I’m not going to call you 5x a day to tell you that you need to work out.
I'm not here to convince you to get in shape. Committed people don't need motivation
Is there a guarantee I will get results?
There is. I believe in earning my keep and keeping my promises to people.
The Traditional in-person only model doesn't have a guarantee, since I have no say in any other aspect of your health (nutrition, sleep, stress, other bad habits)
With all other packages, if you do not drop 2 pant sizes in 90 days I will work with you FOR FREE until you do. I will do this as long as takes AS LONG AS you are actually following exactly the plan and action steps, I’ve outlined for you.
In other words, you can't take 0 action and ask me to work with you for free.
But, come in, follow the EXACT plan and action steps outlined for you, if you don't lose at least 2 jeans sizes every 90 days, I’m happy to do whatever it takes until you’ve lost those.
Unless you only need to lose 1 pant size, then that will be the new standard.
Now we both have skin in the game. Fair?
Now isn’t a good time for me can I hold a spot?
If now “isn’t a good time,” understand one thing: it’s NEVER going to feel like the right time. It’s never the right time to get married. Never the right time to have kids. Or move across the country. Or taking the time to get in shape. We can dream about that magical day when the stars align but news flash, that day isn’t coming.
At a certain point you have to stop waiting and make things happen for yourself.
It's not my place to tell you where your priorities should be. What I do know however, it's never going to seem like a good time to do it. There's never going to be a space on the plate or space on the calendar to make it happen unless you make it happen.
In fact, I’d say that it would be best to start at your busiest. Because when you’re able to make it work when you’re at your busiest, you’ll be able to stick with it easily when things actually do calm down. Then you’ll always be prepared no matter how busy you get.
How often can I come for a session for in person training?
I recommend that you come for a session at least once a week in order to achieve optimal results.
Due to current scheduling, I offer up to 3 sessions per week.
Since the pricing structure is based per week, I suggest you come in as much as you can to take full advantage.
